Quick Blender Hollandaise

3 egg yolks

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cayenne

10 Tablespoons butter

Blend egg yolks, lemon juice, salt in a blender.

Melt the butter slowly in a saucepan. Turn blender on low and and slowly drizzle hot melted butter into blender. Voila!
